In my conversation with Dr. Jill Richardson (ep. 134) she chose Honesty & Transparency from the list of Leadership Values she was sent. We discussed these values as well as the Enneagram and her upcoming course called The Enneagram for Writers. In this solo episode I thought I would model these values through a personal story or two.
