In addition to chronicling their journey on HoneyTrek.com, the Howards have written National Geographic’s bestselling book Ultimate Journeys for Two and the first travel guide on glamping in North America, Comfortably Wild. Earning a Lowell Thomas Journalism Award for their book and the American Glamping Association’s 2024 Pioneer Award, the Howards are committed to the success of the glamping industry...from helping new camps develop their guest experience through HoneyTrek Glamping Consulting and Creative Services to reporting on the industry for Glamping Business Americas magazine. Here, they share some of their favorite experiences and glamping camps from their journey and their next big project...a global edition of Comfortably Wild. As of February 2025, they are embarking on a seven-continent quest to find the most mindful and inspiring getaways!
