He opened his own restaurant Lychee Oriental bringing Hong Kong Cuisine to Glasgow and in 2021 he opened Hong Kong street food restaurant Salt & Chilli in both Glasgow & Edinburgh. He has made many appearances on television including BBC Great British Menu.</p>
