Exhausting series to read
I bought the entire series figuring, rated at 4-1/2 stars, I couldn't go wrong. Wrong I was! As another reviewer wrote, this series just keeps going over and over the same events, thoughts, actions. Sarah is a somewhat sympathetic character. Buck is an idiot. Frank and Nettie are appealing, but just too cute. I could never really get into ANY of the characters in the entire series. The author should have spent more time developing the characters' personalities and backgrounds, and less time rehashing previous events. I stuck with the series, thinking "the next book has to be better." By the time I got to the last book, it was just, "By golly, I paid for these books, so I am going to finish the darn things."
Great suspenseful story!
I really like this author, B.J. Daniels. The Montana Hamilton series is full of romance, suspense, action. ..everything you would want in a great read! I love this series and would recommend these books!!

I would give 5 stars to all of B. J. Daniels' books. I read them about as fast as they are published and never get tired of them.
Enjoyed the series and was pleased with the ending
Finally got to the finale. Story was worth the wait. Enjoyed the series and was pleased with the ending. If only justice could prevail in real life. So often the ending is tragic and lives are shattered forever. This story was well written and kept me looking forward to the next chapter.
