      In this episode , I open up about why I had to step back and take a pause- not because I was being inconsistent, but rather I needed time to realign, redefine and make the adjustments, outside of the noise. 

     When we don't honor our season to pause, we can and will find ourselves making decisions and moves out of desperation and survival, instead of love and purpose. Sometimes taking a step back is the most powerful move you can make.

     I share what I've learned about giving yourself permission to return to self. Protecting your inner growth is essential before stepping forward and into the light again.
