A lot happened this week, and given what happened, Alex and Emely felt it was important to focus on two stories this week: Breonna Taylor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

They discuss Breonna Taylor: She was a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a girlfriend and a friend. Her friends said she changed their lives for the better by living the “Bree way”. Breonna Taylor was an incredible person who deserved more. She deserved justice. This week, she didn't get that.

Then, Alex and Emely talk about Ruth Bader Ginsburg's legacy. They bring on their first guest, journalist Jamie Ballard from YouGov, to talk about if the public wants Donald Trump to replace RBG on the Supreme Court before the election. Then they discuss the news on Amy Coney Barrett and who she really is.
