John-David Martinez is an accomplished musician and songwriter. He has served in the capacity of Worship Leader and Worship Pastor for the last 15 years. Presently John David is the Music director / Missions leader at Freedom Fellowship Church, in New Braunfels, Texas.

JD has recorded 50 Songs and 4 Albums. Not only is he an excellent singer, his music is the kind that touches the inner depths of your soul.

John David is the founder of Shoe Box Ministries and JD Martinez Ministry. He considers himself a part-time missionary and travels often to the country of Peru, where he spends much of his time and ministry with the Casa Del Aguila Orphanage.

From what I have gathered, the major cornerstone in John David’s journey as a missionary in helping the orphanage, stems from the finding and recording of several songs he wrote that were lost for several years in a shoe box. This is an amazing and God directed story…
