Although, I have been gone for quite awhile I have decided to let you guys in on the reason of my absence. And why over this time I have become aware that I haven't been honoring myself and valuing myself worth. I feel good one minute and the next I don't but that doesn't mean I give up it just means deep rooted issues must be resolved
