When I committed to growing a business online, I knew that the only way I would be successful long-term was by showing up AUTHENTICALLY in each & every aspect. 

When I began this journey I had NO CLUE how to create content, I was terrified to go LIVE & I hoped my podcast would inspire people to love themselves deeper, but I didn't know if my message would land.

I had to DISCOVER my OWN process of creating in a way that was successful AND felt good to me. 

*Side note: There is A LOT of fear in the online space of CONTENT-FADE (meaning you run out of things to say).

And in my process of trying to avoid this fade, I realized that there is more than ONE way to approach creative sustainability.
