Victor is a highly respected senior culture man, songwriter and musician from Central Arnhem. He is a passionate believer in using "two tools" - both that of Whitefella and Blackfella to help his community.

He is accompanied by his friend and collaborator Natalie Carey who is a musician,
songwriter and creative. She lived in Maningrida for 10 years coordinating music programs, and currently works with Victor on his many projects managing his talented children: his sons in power-rock-band, Wildfire Manwurkk, and his daughter Cindy Rostron, a model and Tik-Tok star. Enjoy.
