Claude D’val “Hoop” Morgan III is the founder of The Forté Institute, a strengths-based communication style process.  Hoop founded the business in the 1970s after a marketing client asked him to create an assessment and communication tool.  Hoop realized there was no strengths-based tool available, and set out to create one.  The Forté Institute has served thousands of clients all over the world.
