In a mini podcast series we’re calling “Hoopers of the U”, we chat with a variety of USports student athletes to hear all about their basketball journey and get their first hand insight on how to get recruited, overcome challenges, and succeed as a USports student athlete.
Our first guest is 4th year guard from the university of Western Ontario, Jerric Palma. As a career 42% 3 point shooter and current leader in league free throw percentage, Jerric is one of the best shooters in the country. Despite usually being undersized at every level he’s played at, his IQ, shooting ability, and driven mindset have allowed him to flourish at the USports level. Now in his final year at Western, Jerric stops by to reflect on his career and give listeners valuable knowledge and how he’s managed to become a successful student athlete
