We might be short on NBL games right now but there are no shortage of big talking points across #NBL22 and the basketball world that we dig into on the latest Hoops Heaven's Basketball Hustle.

Hosts Chris Pike and Damian Martin open up the show by discussing the festive season and then getting in some basketball talk and the chaos created by COVID right now with the postponing of games right across the league.

We take a look at how it's impacting on each club and the long break it means several clubs will now have before their next game and who that could be a positive and negative on.

We then reflect back on the games we have seen since our last show including the Kings beating the JackJumpers, Tasmania then beating the New Zealand Breakers and Melbourne United scoring another win against Melbourne United.

It's then time for our guest for this episode and it's our old friend, The Scoring Machine Shawn Redhage.

Shawn lets us know a summer Christmas is like for him in Perth and gives an update on how Redhage Basketball is taking off, but there's plenty more to discuss including a big claim he makes about where he sees basketball getting to in Australia.

We then get Shawn's thoughts on the teams he has been impressed with so far this season, the teams that are struggling and what might be wrong at the Adelaide 36ers, and his early impressions of some of the imports across the league.
