On March 31, 2025, Hooters of America, LLC and 29 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. The cases are pending before the Honorable Scott W. Everett and are jointly administered under Case No. 25-80078.

A final hearing on certain of the Debtors' First Day Motions will be held on April 30, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. (CT).
