Luke, a physician, decided to do ‘fresh’ research to give an accurate account of Jesus to a government official. He wasn't one of the twelve disciples, wasn’t raised to follow Jewish customs and religion, was a and wasn’t raised in church. He was essentially an outsider that found out God cared about him too. We are using Luke's report to learn about Jesus in this series.
