I heard a quote last week that I couldn't get out of my head: hope is a beggars prayer. I know this might sound harsh, but the more I think about it the more I want to remove it from my vocabulary. There have been times in my life where I wanted something very badly. Sometimes when that happened I could just feel that it was going to manifest other times I hoped it would manifest. The hoping never turned out as well as the feeling. It reminds me of the word should. I should start a business, I should get a better job, I should work out, I should eat better. Tony Robbins says when you do this you’re just shoulding all over yourself.
