On this episode of RnR, we are joined by special guest Thomas Harris Jr. -  a Navy vet, husband, father, and veteran mental health advocate. We discuss his military experience, the powerful mind, depression, work, and community. He shares his story of trials and triumphs, along with his powerful message of hope. 

Thomas has worked with veterans to support their transition back to civilian life following the military. He kindly lends his ears, mind and heart to anyone experiencing hardship and/or PTSD. Most recently, Thomas was the first veteran to begin the officiate training program at Battlefields2Ballfields. You can find out more about the organization at battlefields2ballfields.org.
