Psalm 88 

Spirit-filled faithful Christians can experience depression. Depression is a disease, a serious health problem that affects the total person, characterized by varying degrees of sadness, disappointment, loneliness, hopelessness, self-doubt and feelings of guilt. Depression tells you that God is not there, but God never says that to you, God says: "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." (John 16:33)
