Yaritza Pluguez is a professional teacher and speaker. Driven by her passion for leadership, she equips women to realize the leadership potential God places inside of them, so they can walk confidently in their purpose. As a certified coach with the John Maxwell Team, she develops everyday leaders through her one on one mentorship program. Yaritza has been married to her high school sweetheart for 22 years and is a mom to two handsome boys.
