Is waiting really ever enough? Or ever even effective?
I'm not saying that you should instead be getting irritated that you haven't gotten what you wanted yet, I'm making it clear that it would be far more effective to start or continue on working what you want right now - with direction and clarity. Have hope but use it and define it cautiously. Hope not for instant gratification but instead for everlasting joy, and use hope as an incentive, as a motive, and not treat it as a given reality. Realize that what you have not been grateful for and ask yourself if you even deserve to hope for more when you haven't even conceptualized how much you already have.
