It all started FOUR years ago with a man, a plan, and a beer. A lot has changed since that first meeting at Commonwealth Brewery. AND we get to celebrate in person this year with that man, that plan, and PLENTY of beer!

Join to hear from Jay Walker, Ph.D. He's an Assistant Professor of Economics and Old Dominion University and he helps put together the State of the Region Report every year. He spoke to us last October and it was definitely one of our best meetings! We're so excited he agreed to come back and we can't wait to talk to him about our unique area. We can't believe it's been four years already. Thank you all so much. We could not have continued this without you. Robert Hill has been a mortgage banker for almost 7 years. One of his specialties is in the area VA Loan, VArehab Loans, FHA203K, and Conv rehabs. He enjoys working through the process with his clients and loves watching the average person be able to utilize them to become investors.
