Hola a todos los amantes del arte.
Quiero compartir con ustedes una exposición en mi espacio de trabajo. En esta oportunidad tenemos el placer de contar con las obras de arte del artista plástico Billy Spence. Oriundo de Colon,estado Táchira, pero actualmente residente en Caracas. Quien se dedica a ser médico cirujano estético, pero también se deja poseer por los dioses del arte para plasmar en los lienzos su alma.
A mí parecer la obra refleja la decadencia en la violencia infantil. Niños no deseados. Niños de calle. Plasma en sus piezas una mirada perdida y desgarradora, simulando a través de lo colorido un ambiente fresco.
Luego inaugura con un performance ejecutado por el y la bailarina Michelle Rodríguez. Esto hace reflejo, a mi parecer, a la mujer dando a luz, el parto, tal vez de todos esos niños que vienen al mundo sin ser deseados, o que finalmente están aquí, desnudos, sin amor. No se realmente a qué se refería el artista. Pero esas son las sensaciones que me da. Al finalizar me hizo entrega de una postal autografiada por él.
La obra "Horizontes en medio de la noche" está expuesta en Bordes Galería Café. San Cristóbal. Táchira. Venezuela.

Hello to all art lovers.
I want to share with you an exhibition in my workspace. On this occasion we have the pleasure of having the artworks of the plastic artist Billy Spence. Originally from Colon, Tachira state, but currently residing in Caracas. Who is dedicated to being an aesthetic surgeon doctor, but also allows himself to be possessed by the gods of art to capture his soul on canvases.
It seems to me that the work reflects the decline in child violence. Unwanted children. Street children. She captures in her pieces a lost and heartbreaking look, simulating through the colorful a fresh environment.
Then he opens with a performance performed by him and the dancer Michelle Rodríguez. This reflects, in my opinion, the woman giving birth, the childbirth, perhaps of all those children who come into the world unwanted, or who are finally here, naked, without love. I don't really know what the artist was referring to. But those are the feelings he gives me. At the end he handed me a postcard autographed by him.
