In this episode of Health Her Way, hosts Meredith Cunningham and Brooklyn Elbert welcome Dr. Ramya Undamatla, endocrinologist at Covenant Health, to decode what hormones actually do and why they influence cycles, fertility, mood, sleep, stress, and more. Dr. Undamatla breaks down the hormones that impact women most, how they shift across different stages of life, and the key signs that something may be out of balance.
