Welcome back to the Horror 101 Podcast. For our 89th show we've focused on a big budget bomb from 1989. How can a monster film set 2 miles underwater starring Peter Weller and Richard Crenna with Jerry Goldsmith music and effects from Stan Winston fail? You're about to find out. A derivative script and bad timing probably had a huge part of it. We'll discuss the pros and cons of this creature feature called Leviathan and I'll give a small tribute to Rutger Hauer who sadly passed away a few days AFTER we recorded this show.
