We have a chat about the Australian cannabis scene, running a commercial medicinal facility to Australian standards and being with a company from startup with one of Australia's most prominent and knowledgeable industry personalities, Emily Rigby of Cannatrek. Emily is a horticultural research scientist and is Head of Research & Development for Cannatrek and Director of Research Programs for the AIMC – Australian Institute for Medical Cannabis Inc.

Emily is a passionate advocate for Medical Cannabis – promoting Australian patient access, education and regulatory reform. Her expertise include propagation and cultivation methods, facility design, licensing and permit applications, regulatory compliance, patient access, education and research from seed to patient. Emily is dedicated to removing the stigma surrounding the Cannabis plant, facilitating the Australian medical cannabis industry and improving patient access.
