Hosea13:14-15

"O death, where are your plagues? O grave, where is your destruction?" This challenges death's power, implying that God will ultimately conquer it.

15: Though he be fruitful among his brethren, an east wind shall come, the breath of Jehovah coming up from the wilderness" This introduces a contrasting element, highlighting that despite God's promise of redemption, there will be immediate consequences for Israel's unfaithfulness.

"and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall make spoil of the treasure of all goodly vessels." This describes the devastation that will come upon Israel through the "east wind," symbolizing God's judgment.
