At Hotelympia 2016 Claire Phoenix spoke with Paul Anderson from Hoshizaki, leaders in energy efficient products about their Gram range of fridges which are HFC free and also available in different sizes.

Paul also talks about their ice freezers and explains how mixologists now want ice in different shapes and sizes. Hoshizaki can create ball, heart shaped or large cube ice formats.
