This is a bold move, yet as DEI trainers and educators we must consider our approaches in a country that is becoming increasingly hostile to such education, programming and initiatives.

Phase 3 [28:27]: The Ethics of Nitrogen Hypoxia. Kenneth Smith was executed by nitrogen gas in Alabama recently for a crime after two last minute appeals were denied. We have many questions at the intersection of science and ethics. Who gets to determine what methods are "humane" and why are we using something so "experimental" at this point without further testing?
