Well would you look at that! A happy Ron and Charles enjoy the aftermath of a 17-7 win over the division "rival" Carolina Panthers. We don't have a guest this week but that doesn't stop us from getting the ass of our old friends from the For Panthers Only podcast.

St. Louis's own Alex Turpin bailed on the team when they bailed on his city but Charles and Alex talked football, losing a team and some moderate reminiscing about Mic Dicta. Plus some news about the offseason for the pod.
