Ava Nakagawa was always the girl who drank beer and once she tasted craft beer it became her passion. Now she has her own beer label, Beer Baroness, is part owner of a brewery, manages a Christchurch pub, is a mother of two young boys and planning a third child with husband Joshua. She’s not sure what a work life balance is but agrees her life is a balancing act. She says it works because she loves what she does, has great relationships and embraces the chaos that comes from taking a punt on yourself.
