This first segment explains my thought process around these segments. Basically, I want it to sound like you're dropping in on a conversation or maybe scanning the radio dial in the car and listening for a few minutes before you get where you're going. 

I don't know yet what this is. I don't know what this will end up being. But it's starting here.
