Vermont passed mandatory GMO labeling by voter ballot and it is set to go into effect on July 1st.
Massachusetts got approval for GMO labeling, passed by 85% of state legislators, And it will be on the voting ballot this November.It is expected to pass by a wide majority of Massachusetts voters.
There was another recent news item that few people noticed because it seemingly did not make the 6 o'clock news.This was the environmental working group's lists of pesticides in produce.
