Today we look at the many factors related to why we seem to over eat when we are overtired.
If we sense that sleep deprivation makes us crave fattier or sugary foods, we are not imagining it. There are both biological and psychological factors messing with our brain.
The hormones that are triggered when we are either hungry or full will be on altered with only one or 2 nights of sleeplessness.
