For my 100th episode, I decided to shift gears and recite the introduction and first chapter of my upcoming memoir, called "Helpers anonymous".

But before that, I reminisce about my three days in Nice, France. I expressed my solidarity with our friends from across the pond, Who lost 84 lives to a vicious terrorist attack.
