Should Russell Wilson set the example of being at OTA's after calling for more of a sense of urgency from his team this off season?  You're not in the same situation as  the Bucs. You didn't win the Super Bowl. You aren't returning all of your starters and running the same offense. Are OTA's more important for those reasons or is that an outdated view given how the emphasis on these programs has shifted in recent years?
