Then, Kevin welcomes in-studio by owner/publisher of Rootstock Publishing Samantha Kolber to talk about PoemCity: the Kellogg-Hubbard Library's annual celebration of National Poetry Month. He's also joined by two poets: Amy Allen of Shelburne and Mary Elder Jacobson of North Calais.
