Dominique Foxworth said this morning that owners can affect change in the NFL more than anyone. Who bears responsibility to hire Colin Kaepernick? If owners took the business side out of the equation and only looked at the football side of it, why wouldn't they sign him? San Francisco is 'suffering' from obnoxious sounds they created.
