Chris interviews Ray Allen, Operations Manager of 1030 The Voice, as he prepares to depart for the next phase of his career.

Ray has been with KVOI for 18 years from the Good News Broadcasting days to now with Bustos Media.

He started as an intern, weekend board operator, and currently the Operations Manager.

Ray talks about some of his experiences here and what makes great talk radio. Also what makes KVOI, 1030 the Voice special. Several listeners also called in with reminiscences.
