We start off this hour with the owners of the year-old restaurant, Matt and Marianne Pacha, talking about the origin of the name "Flight" and what makes their burgers so tasty. They also have a fundraiser ongoing with $1 of each Foundation Burger going to the Ballard Education Foundation. Iowa Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Grant Menke and Iowa Beef Industry Council Chair Dan Hanrahan also join us at the restaurant to talk about the importance of Iowa's beef industry and quality beef on the plate.
