Today is the last day of the World Pork Expo! David Geiger is back at the Iowa State Fairgrounds joined to start the hour by NPPC Director of Trade Show Marketing Doug Fricke discussing the highlights from the past few days of food, exhibitors, and fun and we get an estimate of just how many people were in attendance. David also has a conversation with US Customs and Border Protection Agriculture Specialist Joe Scheele discussing the importance of monitoring for potential foreign animal diseases coming into the country and the process of training Beagle Brigade dogs to identify scents of items not allowed into the country. Don Roose wraps up The Big Show for the week with an update of how markets are reacting to today's WASDE Report with corn in the red, soybeans stronger.
