Wednesday's Second Hour: The 2023 Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue is underway in Des Moines and David Geiger caught up with a couple of the participants. To start the hour, we hear a conversation he had with Former Governor of Iowa Terry Branstad about the inaugural World Food Prize and the past laureates. He also talks with representatives from the Norman Borlaug Heritage Foundation.
