HI! We are Grace and Christina!  We are both flight attendants who are now full-time real estate investors and designers. Grace lives in Phoenix with her 2 boys and wonderful husband. She is now focusing on section 8 homes, owns 17 doors, has her own staging company, and was just featured in Apartment Therapy. She is a badass. Christina lives in Palm Desert with her little mini-me, is a full-time realtor®, owns 3 doors, has her own interior design company, and loves to fix and flip homes in the Coachella Valley.  Christina is in the infancy stage of her career and Grace is a seasoned investor of 10 years. They have been best friends for over 15 years and have watched each other grow and expand as women, mothers, friends, and eternal spirits.
