House of Gucci (aka Haus of Gaga) is not itself a queer film, but since 90% of the movie's appeal is Lady Gaga's starring role as the ambitious and murderous leading lady, here we are. We can't say enough good things about Lady Gaga and enough bad things about Jared Leto, but this isn't the only Italian death on our minds. COVID came to international attention for its ravaging of Italy, but things got personal when it ravaged Olive Garden's Never Ending Pasta Pass. This seasonal tradition of Italian delights has been missing from our lives for two years, and we take some time to mourn its passing and remember the good times.
