It's time for a wedding and we all know how well those go in this world! Viserys and Rhaenyra hold to their agreement and broker an engagement with the Valaryons and their son Laenor. This puts Sir Criston at odds with Rhaenyra after she declines his "proposal". Alicent gains a new ally in Larys Strong who pushes her on a path of questioning Rhaenyra's story of her night out with Daemon. Secrets are revealed and a fateful incident at the wedding celebration raises the stakes and puts an end to the innocence of many of our characters.
