From Tokyo apartments to countryside kominka, househunting in Japan is an adventure due to language and cultural barriers not to mention wildly different preferences in lifestyles.  For some reason, I start new media projects when househunting, so here's my first episode of the Mediatinker podcast as I begin my search for a new place to live in Kamogawa, Chiba.
