HouseofQuran.com has been specially designed as an online Quran teacher. It helps in reading the Quran correctly (Tajweed) and memorizing the Quran (Hifz). The recitation of the Quran has been performed by Shiekh Hesham Elgamal. The website’s design, implementation and maintenance is a collaborative effort between brothers in the US and Malaysia. It was launched in 2010. A guide is available on how to use the website.

  • Clicking on any word or Ayah of the Quran helps you in listening to the proper recitation of that word or Ayah. It also offers recitation of individual and connected words seperately.
  • It makes it easy for you to repeat and listen to any particular word or any verse, by clicking on that word or verse. With an added feature of selecting the number of repetitions, which is helpful in memorization of the Quran. You can also put pauses between verses.
  • Translation of the Quran in English and many other languages is available as well.
