INTERVIEW: The Limpopo Provincial Government identified the overcrowded Talana Hostels as posing a real Covid-19 infection danger.
The short-term solution was to build emergency temporary structures to mitigate the impact and so the Housing Development Agency was appointed as the implementing agent for the construction of Temporary Residential Units.
The country has been in uproar over the expenditure and the humanitarian aspect of these Units.
