The Seattle City Council's Housing and Human Services Committee held a meeting on February 20th to discuss rental housing regulations and tenant protections in the city. Committee chair Cathy Moore called the hybrid meeting to order and had the clerk call roll. With five members present, the committee adopted the proposed agenda without objection.
