Eli Escobar interviewed Laura Ward, President and CEO of Houston Children’s Charity. Houston Children’s Charity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Greater Houston’s underprivileged, abused and disabled children who have been otherwise left behind. Currently they are focused on giving beds to the children in the community who’s family have bene affected by the on-going pandemic and the winter storm that affected may families in Houston. With the help other organization whom they team up with they are able to supply families with items they need from vans for disabled children to scholarships. They continue to help the community throughout the year with various programs, such as back to school events, Christmas events, Adopt a Family, Toys For Tots and more.
