Every Monday, the ParaCore team has a standing meeting to prepare for the upcoming week. A few weeks ago, I passed out $10 scratchers to team members as a client experience exercise.

How does a lottery ticket parallel the client experience you ask?

When clients engage with ParaCore, they are taking a gamble. They have hopes, desires, and a lot of uncertainty. The experience brought up a lot of great conversation of how we as professionals can better serve our clients by addressing this excitement and anxiety.
